The Ekka's horse program runs across the whole Royal Queensland Show each August, from led breed classes to evening showjumping in the main arena. Exhibitors come from across Queensland and northern NSW, many for several days of classes.
With the showgrounds in inner Brisbane, a farm stay in the Samford or Moreton Bay hinterland gives your horses space to unwind away from the showground bustle, twenty to forty minutes from the gates.
